Fintech has been the buzzword within banking and financial industry, but now the term becomes further engrained and more ubiquitous in our daily life too. Surprisingly, not many people are even aware on what it is and how it impacts their daily lives.Whilst the term may not yet be in the Oxford dictionary, for a sector that has seen over USD 40 billion spent on it (in 2017), that is sure to change and will be the future of the world. That may sound a bit drastic but once you understand Fintech’s importance it will start to make a little more sense.
In this seminar, Terence Yeung from (CFO @ MoneySQ) is going to unearth the huge impact of AI & Big Data in our life, and the bright future of blockchain and discuss what we can do right now to prepare ourselves for an ever-changing world.
Also, Luke Cheng (CEO @ K-Town Community and MD @ Global Compliance Consulting) is going to examine the FinTech phenomenon and provides invaluable guidance on adapting compliance models appropriately; ensuring that you are prepared for the evolving federal and state regulatory paradigms governing this rapidly-changing marketplace.
