We take novel 1 to 10 approach to provide preliminary entrepreneurship assistance and resources for students, entrepreneurs, and micro, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)

Flexible Schedule

There’s no catch-all calendar or required schedule for all. Instead, the program is composed of one (1) Term of three (3) months. A Term has flexible start and end dates according to your needs.

Flexible Progress

There are no limits to how little or many courses students can complete which affords you the flexibility to apply and learn in different lessons.

K-Town Hub

The trainings are taught in an actual physical coworking space called K-Town Hub designed for consistent, in-person training, support and networking.

SYLLABUS

The 10 modules aim to provide preliminary entrepreneurship assistance and resources for students, entrepreneurs, and micro, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). The goal is to enhance the growth and sustainability of the besaid parties in the domestic and international market.

Course 1 : Zero cost Startup: The Entrepreneur’s Guide : Tips & Resources for First Time Entrepreneurs

Module Objectives:

The objective of the module is to equip people with very little or no entrepreneurship background to have the basic knowledge, skills and master the fundamentals of Hong Kong entrepreneurship. It covers basics of finance and how to make sound capital budgeting decisions – careful estimation of the initial investment outlay, evaluation of risk and expected return and great business planning – in consideration of Hong Kong context.

Course 2 : Two are Better than One: How to Setup the Company and Protect Its own Rights and Interests

Module Objectives:

This course sets out the principles of good partnership (Founder equity, joint venture and Hong Kong Proprietorship), and 5 levels of responsibility to establishing a new business.

Course 3 : Your Business Success ‘Tri-Factor’: Three Essential Elements of Business Planning

Module Objectives:

Impact your financial decisions and learn how to affect the performance of your unit’s profitability and of your organization. In this course gain a basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts & terms to drive your organization’s growth. Upon completion of this course, you will have learned the importance of strategic financing, business model development, budgeting process, and other key components needed to improve profitability.

Course 4 : Four-eye Principles: The Best Marketing & Strategy 4 You

Module Objectives:

Marketing is usually a product of customization, you will be encouraged to define your own marketing goals and objectives while we discuss concepts and provide tools which can be applied in helping you reach those goals.

Course 5 : 5-Year Business Plan: Essential Steps to Go Public

Module Objectives:

This module will help you learn the general concepts of financial markets by studying economic indicators and their influence on the markets. After completing this course, you will have a much stronger background of financial markets to figure out which steps to take in next 5 year.

Course 7 : Formula 7 : Straightforward Ways to Improve Your Business Productivity and Performance

Module Objectives:

Our trainings are designed to help individuals or companies structure, plan and streamline their daily work to improve productivity, communication, and performance and can be tailored to your needs.

Course 8 : Miracle 8: It’s Never too Late: How to Avoid 8 Common IP Mistakes Startups Make

Module Objectives:

We offer innovative trainings, particularly in its managerial and strategic aspects to  establish the basis for IP professional certification in Hong Kong and equip aspiring IP professionals with the necessary knowledge and skillsets for Hong Kong’s development as an IP Trading Hub and to support the development of the Original Grant Patent (OGP) System and its future advancement. The workshops include advice or technical assistance on how to identify, protect, promote, and manage IP assets, particularly smaller businesses, by improving the knowledge and understanding of the associated economic issues.

Course 9 : 999 Alarm: Financial Planning - How to Deal with Business without Hazzles

Module Objectives:

This module teaches professional asset management and succession. You will look at an overview of the salient troublesome components of the business development process to reevaluate the wrong behavioral aspects of finance. Thus enabling you to re-establish financial decisions and apply smarter planning concepts to achieve the anticipated milestones. Specific topics covered include financial goal setting, saving and investing, budgeting, financial risk, borrowing and credit. – succession training.

Course 10 : Fall down 9 times stand up 10: Avoid Business Failure and Start Again

Module Objectives:

Together we will examine the most common internal and external causes of business failure for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and look at the effects of failure for the business and its stakeholders. The trainings provide step-by-step practical guidance to entrepreneurs of SMEs by analyzing the most appropriate preventive measures to avoid business failure.
